Ingredients: lean ground turkey green bell pepper, cut into strips red bell pepper, cut into strips white onion, cut into strips 1 medium tomato, diced shredded lettuce 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheese 1 avocado, pitted and cubed low fat/fat free ranch dressing for dipping low fat tortillas
Directions: Cook ground turkey in medium skillet. Add peppers & onions and cook until tender. Add all ingredients to tortillas and serve.
